What payment options do you offer?

We are pleased to accept all major credit cards as well as paypal, apple pay, and amazon payments.  We also offer a number of interest free financing options through ShopPay and Klarna. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Two of Most reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Two of Most.

 

Do you ship internationally?

In addition to the United States, Two of Most ships to Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.

For countries outside of the US, customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there will be no payment upon delivery

 

What are your shipping costs?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the US for all orders (orders greater than $500 will include free priority shipping). For faster shipping, we also offer a number of upgraded shipping options at checkout.

For international shipments, we offer discounted standard shipping, with Express shipping options available. Outside of the US & Canada, DHL shipping service is used to ship and deliver products.

We will provide a shipping confirmation, including tracking number, for all orders.

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Our in-stock items ship within 1 business day to our US and international locations.

Made to order pieces are crafted locally in New York City and Miami and require 3-4 weeks production time (especially for rings as we want to ensure your perfect size).

 

How can I make a return or exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through our returns portal

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging (pouch and container) to ensure that the item is protected during shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will be returned to the customer.

Can you help with exchanging my post for another size?

Sure, we'd be happy to! Just email us at info@twoofmost.com and provide your order number and we'll take it from there.  Please note that we are able to exchange unworn posts within 14 days.

 

Do you offer gift services?

All Two of Most jewelry arrives in our signature pouch, making it perfect for a gift presentation.  If you are sending a gift item, please select this option on checkout to ensure that a gift receipt is enclosed. Gift boxes are available upon request.

We also offer gift cards, which are redeemable in our online store. Please note that gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How should I take care of my jewelry? 

To remove fingerprints and mild scratches, please use the cloth included with your Two of Most purchase.

To clean gold jewelry, use mild dish detergent in warm water.  Gently clean and dry your item by using a clean, non-abrasive lint-free cloth.   Two of Most advises against using harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals or abrasive brushes, which may create scratches.

Upon removing your jewelry, we suggest storing it in our signature pouch to protect it from wear.

 

How do I figure out my ring size? 

If you do not know your ring size, we suggest having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also reference our ring sizer here, however please note that Two of Most cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.  If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering up, especially for rings with a wider width as they tend to be more comfortable in a slightly larger size.

 

What is your repair policy?

Our repair policy extends to any broken or defective items within 30 days of purchase, and we will remedy any issues free of charge.  Please note that normal wear and tear (such as scratches, issues from improper cleaning, etc), damage due to misuse, or damage due to altering the product or design will not be covered under this policy.
