What payment options do you offer?

We are pleased to accept all major credit cards as well as paypal, apple pay, and amazon payments.  We also offer financing options through Klarna. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Two of Most reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Two of Most.


How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our in-stock items are available to ship within 1 business day.

Our made to order pieces are crafted locally in New York City, so please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order (especially for rings as we want to ensure your perfect size).


What are your shipping costs?

We are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all US orders.  Orders greater than $500 will ship via priority (2-3 day delivery), and all other orders ship standard US.

Shipping costs to Canada will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping service selected


Do you ship internationally?

Currently Two of Most ships within the United States and Canada.  We are able to ship internationally upon request - please email us at sales@twoofmost.com for details.


Can I have something rushed?

If you need an item by a certain date, please email us at info@twoofmost.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request


What are your shipping terms?

Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery, and Two of Most is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once shipment is complete. Two of Most does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.


How can I make a return or exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@twoofmost.com to receive a return authorization and shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will be returned to the customer.

Do you offer gift services?

All Two of Most jewelry arrives in our signature pouch with a polishing cloth, making it perfect for a gift presentation.  If you are sending a gift item, please select this option on checkout to ensure that a gift receipt is enclosed.

How do I figure out my ring size? 

If you do not know your ring size, we suggest having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also reference our ring sizer here, however please note that Two of Most cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.  If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering up, especially for rings with a wider width as they tend to be more comfortable in a slightly larger size.


What is your repair policy?

Our repair policy extends to any broken or defective items and we will remedy any issues free of charge.  Please note that normal wear and tear such as scratches, or damage due to misuse will not be covered under this policy.

To initiate a repair, please contact us for repair authorization at info@twoofmost.com and indicate the nature of the issue. (no repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization).

For your protection, please pack your repair in the original box (or similar), return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt.  Two of Most is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks for your repair to be completed and shipped back to you.


How should I take care of my jewelry? 

To remove fingerprints and mild scratches, please use the cloth included with your Two of Most purchase.

To clean gold jewelry, use mild dish detergent in warm water.  Gently clean and dry your item by using a clean, non-abrasive lint-free cloth.   Two of Most advises against using harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals or abrasive brushes, which may create scratches.

Upon removing your jewelry, we suggest storing it in our signature pouch to protect it from wear.
