Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of most stock items within 14 days of delivery.
Mandatory Return Authorization
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization through our portal. Unauthorized returns—including those sent without a generated RMA or using a personal shipping label—will not be accepted. To ensure security and tracking, you must use the return shipping label provided by Two of Most. We cannot guarantee or process refunds for items sent using outside labels. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Return Deadlines & Discretionary Acceptance
To qualify for a full refund (minus shipping costs), returns must be postmarked (scanned by the carrier) within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Returns After 14 Days: Any return postmarked after the 14-day window is considered unauthorized. Two of Most reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Accept the return subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- Issue the refund as Store Credit only.
- Refuse the return entirely. If a return is refused due to lateness, no refund or store credit will be issued and the item will be considered abandoned.
Gifts
If the item was received as a gift and is within the 14-day return window, the recipient is eligible for a Store Credit or an Exchange. If the return is postmarked after the 14-day window, it will be subject to the discretionary penalties outlined above. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Item Condition & Inspection
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (case and pouch).
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Receipt of a package at our warehouse does not constitute acceptance of the return or a guarantee of a refund.
- Damaged/Worn Items: If an item is returned in a condition that is worn, damaged, missing parts, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct the cost of refurbishment from the final amount. Items that do not meet our return condition standards will not be mailed back to the customer.
Final Sale Items: Made-to-order items, items purchased at a discount greater than 30%, and sample sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account (https://account.two-of-most.com)
- Enter your email and the six-digit verification code sent to your inbox.
- Select the order and specific items you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and click Request Return.
- Wait for Approval: Once approved, you will receive an email with your mandatory return shipping label.
Note: Downloading and using our return label constitutes agreement to these terms and the discretionary penalties for late or damaged returns.
