I got this for my helix and I ordered the 5mm. If your ears are average, you may want to consider the 6mm. I also TRULY APPRECIATE how long the screw part is to the flat back of the earring, when you're spending $100+ on one earring you don't want to worry it will fall out- it won't. The screw length is nearly the length of the entire earring. Hope this helps anyone! :) great quality, worth the money.
